Privacy Policy
How Tody handles your information.
1. Introduction
Tody (“the App”) is a daily task and focus companion. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App. The developer does not operate user accounts or cloud storage for your tasks.
2. Data we process
The App stores the following on your device only:
- Task titles and drafts you enter
- Daily planning and focus progress
- Streak history
- Language preference
The App does not automatically collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
3. How data is used
Stored data is used solely to provide App features such as planning three daily tasks, focus mode, streak tracking, carry-over between days, and language display. Data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
4. Where data is stored
All App data remains on your device in local storage (UserDefaults). It is not transmitted to the developer's servers because the App has no backend.
5. Feedback you choose to send
If you use Send feedback in Settings, the App opens your device's Mail app with a message you compose. The developer receives only what you choose to send. Sending feedback is optional.
6. Third parties
The App includes the Lottie library for animations. That library does not receive your task content. Apple system services (such as Mail) apply their own privacy policies when you use them.
7. Retention and deletion
Data remains on your device until you delete it. You can erase all App data at any time via Progress → Settings → Reset streak, which restores the App to its first-launch state. Uninstalling the App also removes local data.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the App and in the “Last updated” date shown with this document.
10. Contact
For privacy questions, use Send feedback in Settings, email alperhalici.85@outlook.com, or contact us through your App Store listing support channel or the support page.
