Terms of Use
Rules for using Tody.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Tody (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
The App helps you plan up to three tasks per day, complete them in focus mode, and track streaks locally on your device. Optional Tody Plus features may include a focus Home Screen widget, smart local notifications, and insights. Features may change or be updated over time.
3. Tody Plus subscription
Tody Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks Plus features in the App.
- Subscription title: Tody Plus
- Length: 1 month
- Price: shown in the App and on the App Store at the time of purchase (varies by storefront and currency)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings (or via Settings → Manage Subscription in the App where available)
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Cancelling auto-renew stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

4. No account required
The App works without registration. You are responsible for content you enter and for keeping your device secure. Apple ID is required only if you purchase Tody Plus.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and branding are owned by the developer or licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the App.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The App is a productivity tool, not professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or loss of locally stored data.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. These Terms apply until you stop using the App. Ending use of the App does not by itself cancel an active Apple subscription; cancel that separately in Account Settings if desired.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, except where mandatory local consumer protections require otherwise.
