Rules for using Tody.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Tody (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
The App helps you plan up to three tasks per day, complete them in focus mode, and track streaks locally on your device. Features may change or be updated over time.
3. No account required
The App works without registration. You are responsible for content you enter and for keeping your device secure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and branding are owned by the developer or licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the App.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The App is a productivity tool, not professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or loss of locally stored data.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. These Terms apply until you stop using the App.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, except where mandatory local consumer protections require otherwise.
